Skin Joy has never subscribed to the idea that skin care is one-size-fits all. Rarely, in almost 18 years of practice, has a client checked all the boxes to fit neatly into a company's pre-determined protocol. Success with skin care comes from an accurate assessment of the skin and knowing which combination of ingredients and products will give the client results they are seeking. Success also comes with knowing when to put aside more clinical objectives and focus on the gentler, healing side of esthetics practice
WARM + WELCOME
First-time Client Experience - 1 hr 45 mins
This is one of your most important appointments and the beginning of your journey toward healthy skin. In addition to a complete skin analysis and Customized Facial, we discuss any skin goals you might have- acne management, positive-aging, redness/irritation, etc and what I can do to help you achieve that. Be prepared to discuss life-style, medications, health conditions, your current skin care routine and other important topics that directly impact your skin. I will also present recommendations for home care that support your objective(s). Most importantly, I will educate you about what I believe is going on currently with your skin and why it may be happening.
TIER I - ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES - (75-90 mins)
Consists of all the core elements of a facial- cleansing, toning, exfoliation, massage, targeted serums and mask, and recovery through hydration. These experiences are curated to meet your skin's specific needs and current conditions. Essential experiences get skin healthy so we can progress toward more corrective treatments that meet your skin goals.
Skin Script Foundational Facial
The core essential experience, the facial included in the Warm + Welcome First-time service and is the facial that defines customized skin care here at Skin Joy.
Skin Script Layered + Luxe
Enhances the Foundational Facial with a third mask for an additional boost.
Hale & Hush Balanced Bliss
Speaks to the client whose skin is sensitive or sensitized from medications, health conditions, autoimmune issues or product misuse. The goal is to quiet (Hush) the discomfort and deliver (Hale) relief to unhappy skin.
Calm + Clear Acne Wellness
Explores the idea that acne is more than a hygiene issue and could be related to more internal issues- hormones, diet and gut health, medications and supplements. Gentle exfoliation and holistic therapies are integrated to calm inflammation, treat existing acne wounds and reduce future acneic episodes as much as possible. The goal is to help manage acne through treatments and products while working in conjunction with traditional medical or integrative practitioners.
Edited Essential
An abbreviated version of the Skin Script Foundational with no targeted initiative or massage.
TIER II - ELEVATED EXPERIENCES - (75-90 mins)
For the client who's asking "What's next?" Treatment can be rooted in science or move to the other end of the spectrum where just my hands and healing energy bring the magic.
Hydropeptide Rejuvenation Rituals
Uses peptide-driven technology to create next-level facial experiences that offer both results and a sense of luxury.
Drift + Define Crown to Collar Massage Experience
Reveals how, in certain instances, relaxation and intentional touch can be just as effective for rejuvenation as clinical protocol. This 45-minute massage addresses facial lymphatics, fascia release, and relaxing and toning muscles where appropriate. The products being used are infused with rose quartz and amethyst for an added layer of pampering and luxury. My offer to you: let's celebrate the fine art of being.
TIER III- OPTIMIZING EXPERIENCES - (90-115 mins)
Tier III Optimizing Experiences are more corrective and yield results that are more dramatic and last longer. These treatments use more advanced techniques and require guests to have, as a MINIMUM, a consultation or the Warm + Welcome Experience and use Skin Joy prescribed home care BEFORE they can be scheduled.
Refine + Renew Treatment of Minor (non-cancerous) Skin Irregularities
Uses a high frequency electrical current to dehydrate and improve the appearance of superficial skin growths- skin tags, keratoses, milia, etc.
Polished with Precision Dermaplane OR Dermafile
Advanced exfoliation method uses either a scalpel or diamond-dust files to whisk away skin cells and encourage superficial collagen stimulation. Often used as a prepping step for additional exfoliation with enzymes or peels.
Lifted + Luminous Microcurrent Treatment
Uses low-level electrical current to stimulate face and neck muscles, lift and tighten the skin and improve facial contours. Think of it like pilates, but for the face.
Rezenerate Rezilience Micro-Infusion
A superficial treatment used to enhance product penetration for maximum benefit from targeted serums. This treatment can be customized to improve hydration, tone, texture or pigmentation and boost skin health!

Collagen Couture Microchanneling Treatment Series
Impacts the deeper layers of the skin and stimulates the collagen that is responsible for giving your skin its shape and structure. Significant improvements can be made in terms of tone and texture, depth and length of wrinkles, size and depth of acne and surgical scars, and reduces the appearance of fine lines, delasticity, and mild pigmentation.

PROCELL MICROCHANNELING
Procell Microchannelling is the new generation of microneedling, and is performed with a succession of linear stamps across the skin’s surface to stimulate the collagen that is responsible for giving the skin its shape and structure. It can be performed on various parts of the body, face, neck, decollate, knees, stomach, arms, hands, scalp.
Contraindications are minimal so almost anyone is a candidate.

Skin Joy has used LED light therapy in facial treatments for over a decade- long before becoming a trend on social media. Light therapy is a relaxing treatment that uses specific colors to energize skin cells, which supports healthy skin function over time. Different colors target different concerns. Red supports healing and collagen stimulation, while blue helps reduce acne-causing bacteria.
SKIN CLASSIC TREATMENT
Skin Classic is the affordable alternative to laser for the effective treatment of minor skin irregularities. Skin Classic employs low-level currency to vaporize and dehydrate the skin irregularity on its surface with little discomfort or downtime.

FACIAL CONTOURING TREATMENTS
MICROCURRENT
Considered a holistic treatment, microcurrent is a non-invasive rejuvenation treatment that employs low levels of current to address the laxity or constant contraction of facial muscles. By either lengthening or shortening facial muscles, we can gradually restore some of the original contours for a more youthful, rested appearance with no down-time.
Microcurrent is progressive in nature and though you may see a difference in one visit, a series of at least 8 sessions is required for notable and sustainable improvement.
CRYO: CHIN + NECK TREATMENT
Cryotherapy is a cooling reset for your skin. It offers comfort and calm, increases circulation and lymphatic activity, stimulates collagen to tone, tighten and firm, improves the appearance of large pores and leaves the face and neck looking fresh and lifted. If the goal is facial contouring or neck tightening, a series of 6-8 weekly sessions is suggested and monthly maintenance is encouraged.
