COVID-19
Clients will have temperature checks upon arrival.
New clients will be asked to complete a brief in-take form prior to consultation or first service.
Masks are to be worn by both the client and the technician for the entirety of the service. An exception will be made for facial clients only.
Limited time in the waiting area and compliance with the 6-foot rule of social distancing
Only the client receiving the service is permitted in the treatment room
CANCELLATION
24 hour notice of cancellation or change to any scheduled appointments is required.
Appointment(s) cancelled in less than 24 hours will be subject to a fee of $25 PER scheduled appointment.
If there is an unused gift certificate on file, that gift certificate will be used to cover missed appointment(s).
Changes made to scheduled appointment(s) are still subject to the charges of the originally scheduled appointment.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are written with a 4 month expiration date. After 4 months, the gift certificate is only good for half the amount of the value of the service or dollar amount indicated on the certificate.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
No refunds will be given for ANY retail items or skin care products.
Skin care products may be EXCHANGED within 14 days.
PACKAGES
It is important for the agreed upon treatment schedule/appointments to be adhered to for optimal results.
Due to high demand, it is not guaranteed that missed sessions will be able to be rescheduled.
Sessions cancelled in less than 24 hours will not be rescheduled and will be deducted from your remaining visits.
If any sessions remain unused 6 months after the agreed upon treatment beginning and end dates, they will be considered void and non-refundable.
If a treatment package cannot be completed for medical reasons or circumstances deemed unforeseen by the technician, a credit for the value of the remaining services may be issued.
